FrancoEgypt was established in 2020 as a family-owned company with a clear vision: to combine international expertise with Egypt’s agricultural strength to produce premium frozen fries for global markets. 

Having lived and been exposed to European markets, particularly in France, our founders developed a deep understanding of international quality standards and product expectations. This background shaped our approach to selecting the right potato varieties and applying best practices in frozen fries production. 

Egypt’s fertile soil and high-quality potatoes, combined with skilled local expertise, provide the ideal foundation for consistent and reliable production. From raw potato intake to final packaging, our production line is fully automated using state-of-the-art food processing technology. Advanced sensors and smart systems continuously monitor and adjust each stage, ensuring uniform quality, minimal waste, and consistent output that meets international standards.

 We utilize specialized steam peeling technology that removes only a thin outer layer, preserving more of the potato while maintaining hygiene and efficiency. This method reduces waste, lowers water and energy consumption, and ensures a cleaner, more sustainable production process.

Mohamed Ramadan

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER 

With more than 35 years of accomplishments, Mr. Mohamed has pioneered the development of major magnates. Mr. Mohamed is known for his innovative ideas and commitment to quality. He has also been involved in several philanthropic activities and has supported local food banks and charities. He has earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Cairo University.

Hassan Ramadan

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Mr. Hassan has continuously proven his strengths in business and trade. By overseeing the technical aspects of the production, he is implementing new technologies and processes to improve production and reduce waste as well as ensuring that quality standards are met. He earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineering from De Montfort University in England.
